FIRE System
We put all opportunities through our FIRE System. This system evaluates each idea through four criteria and rates each category as Low, Medium, or High. Generally, we look for higher future potential and higher income, with lower risk and lower effort. Of course, each opportunity will differ.
The Crypto FIRE System â Cosmos (ATOM)
Criteria Comments Rank
F Future Potential đ Cosmos is attempting to solve some of the biggest problems in cryptocurrency. Its network and framework make blockchains interoperable, scalable, and instant. High
I Income đ The return on ATOM can range from 7% to 20% based on a number of factors. As of this report the yield is around 12%. Medium
R Risk đ While the Cosmos team has been building for over four years, the Cosmos mainnet has only been live for a few months. High
E Effort đ Staking ATOM tokens is a straightforward process. Most of the work is in setting up your stake. After that, minimal time is required.

So how do we value Cosmos? By comparing it to its closest competitor, Ethereum.
Now, Cosmos launched five years after Ethereum did. So it has some catching up to do. But just like how we have more than one credit card issuer, we think thereâs plenty of room for more than one blockchain development platform. Being bullish on Cosmos doesnât mean weâre bearish on Ethereum.
Think of it like investing in MasterCard and Visa. Owning shares in MasterCard doesnât mean you believe Visa is going bust. In fact, smart investors would own both companies, since theyâre the most widely used cards in the multibillion-dollar payments industry.
The same will likely be true of the crypto finance space. I believe itâll eventually become a multi trillion-dollar industry. There will be plenty of room for winners. So it makes sense to own what we believe to be the best players in this space.
Now, letâs get back to our comparisonâŠ
Currently, Cosmosâ market cap is $1 billion. Based on its growth and expansion, we project itâll grow to at least half of Ethereumâs current $48.5 billion market capâŠ
If it does just that, its market cap will grow to $24.25 billion â an 2,325% increase from today.
But remember, Cosmos has a countdown clock. When it hits zero, its rate of inflation will drop 43%. That could propel its market cap significantly higher. Under a âblue skyâ scenario, Cosmos could be worth as much as $250 billionâŠ

If that seems outlandish, please remember when I first wrote about Ethereum, I said I thought it would grow from a $1 billion market cap to $30 billion. I was ridiculed for writing that report⊠And yet, a little over a year later, Ethereumâs market cap peaked at $137 billion.
If Cosmos can hit a $250 billion market cap, each ATOM token would rocket to $1,250. Today, we can buy ATOM for about $5. Thatâs 24,900% higher from here⊠enough to turn $500 into $125,000 or $1,000 into $250,000.
When I initially recommended Cosmos, it was an exciting opportunity to take advantage of its 12% average yield. But what weâd really uncovered was a project with a rapidly growing ecosystem and explosive growth potential.
And with its countdown timer winding down, Cosmos is ready to take off

The following are 14 signs that the U.S. economy is poised to crash really hard during the second half of 2022âŠ
#1 One survey that was just released discovered that 35 percent of all small business owners in the U.S. âcould not pay their rent in full or on time in Juneâ.
#2 A different survey found that 51 percent of all small businesses owners in the U.S. believe that rising prices could âforce them to close their businesses within the next six monthsâ.
#3 It is being reported that 45 percent of all small businesses in the U.S. have already decided to freeze the hiring of new workers.
#4 Sales of previously owned homes dropped 5.4 percent during the month of June. That is now the fifth month in a row that we have seen a decline.
#5 In three-fourths of the metro areas that Redfin tracks, at least 25 percent of home sellers reduced their asking price during the month of June.
#6 Blackstone has prepared a war chest of 50 billion dollars so that it can scoop up depressed real estate all over the country after housing prices have crashed in the months ahead.
#7 The number of Americans applying for jobless benefits has risen to the highest level in eight months.
#8 Employment postings for software development jobs have dropped off by more than 12 percent during the past four weeks.
#9 The Conference Boardâs index of leading economic indicators has now fallen for four months in a row.

#10 The S&P Global Flash U.S. PMI Composite Output Index just went negative for the very first time since the last recession.
#11 The latest number for the Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index came in at -12.3, and that was much worse than what most experts were anticipating. Any reading below zero indicates contraction, and needless to say this reading was way below zero.
#12 Inflation continues to rage out of control even as economic activity in the U.S. significantly slows down. If you can believe it, the average price of a used vehicle in the United States has now risen to a whopping $33,341.
#13 The Atlanta Fed is now projecting that U.S. economic growth for the second quarter will come in at -1.6 percent. If it is ultimately confirmed that the U.S. economy has already been contracting for two quarters in a row, that would mean that we are officially in a recession right now.
#14 Thanks in part to the rapidly tanking economy, Joe Bidenâs approval rating has plunged all the way down to 31 percent.

Evergrande misses deadline for $300bn debt restructuring plan
Evergrande has failed to meet a self-imposed deadline for a proposal to restructure its $300bn in liabilities, adding to uncertainty over the fate of the worldâs most indebted real estate developer.
The struggling property business, which was the most prominent default last year in a sector-wide liquidity crisis in China that shook its entire real estate market, said in January that it would publish a âpreliminary restructuring proposalâ by the end of July.
Last month, it told creditors it was on track to meet the deadline and urged patience amid threats of legal action.
The long-awaited announcement late on Friday evening in Asia outlined the potential use of equity in the companyâs offshore subsidiaries, including a property services business and electric vehicles unit, to repay bondholders and said the company had made âpositive progressâ.
But it did not provide concrete details of how it would restructure its more than $300bn in liabilities, around $20bn of which are held by international investors who have seen their holdings plunge to a fraction of their original value.
A person close to the international bondholders said Evergrande was ânowhere nearâ a comprehensive restructuring plan.

China's crumbling real estate market has the world on edge
Analysts expect property sales to have dropped 25 percent from January to June, amidst Chinaâs âZero Covid Casesâ strategy. Numerous developments in China have halted as property developers have run out of capital to finish construction.
The world economy is staring as another major crisis as one of the global growth engines Chinaâs realty space has developed bubble, which if bursts can have its ripple effects globally. Hundreds of thousands of homebuyers have begun a âmortgage boycottâ, not paying their mortgage for delayed or stalled housing projects in that country.
Home sales have collapsed by nearly 60 percent compared to a year ago, and the current constant decline of sales (11 months) is pegged to be the worst in Chinaâs history, the business daily reported.

Algeria probably acts as a precursor to Turkey's entry into the BRICS Union, while it is Africa's largest natural gas exporter.

LONDON â The Bank of England on Thursday hiked interest rates by 50 basis points, its largest single increase since 1995, as it tries to rein in runaway inflation.
The sixth consecutive increase takes borrowing costs to 1.75% and marks the first half-point hike since the Bank was made independent from the British government in 1997.
Markets had broadly priced in the more aggressive approach at the August meeting, after U.K. inflation hit a new 40-year high of 9.4% in June as food and energy prices continued to surge, deepening the countryâs historic cost-of-living crisis.
Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey vowed last month that there would be âno ifs or butsâ in the central bankâs commitment to returning inflation toward its 2% target.
Analysts had been keen to assess the language in the Bankâs latest report, particularly its previous commitment to act âforcefullyâ on inflation.

This $10 Trillion Titan Is Coming Into Bitcoin
Unlike the last Crypto Winter â when nearly every institutional player hastily backed away from their early commitments to âexamineâ bitcoin as it dropped 85% â just yesterday, the biggest institutional player in the game said itâs entering the space.
Iâm talking about BlackRock, the worldâs largest asset manager with over $10 trillion under management.
On Thursday, BlackRock announced a partnership with crypto exchange Coinbase.
Drink that in for a moment.
BlackRock says its institutional clients want access to this space so badly that itâs teamed up with Coinbase to provide them an access point to crypto assets.
According to Bloomberg, BlackRock said the focus of the partnership with Coinbase, the biggest U.S. crypto-trading platform, âwill initially be on bitcoin.â
The companyâs institutional trading platform for crypto assets, Coinbase Prime, will provide crypto trading, custody, prime brokerage, and reporting capabilities to institutional clients on BlackRockâs Aladdin, who are also clients of Coinbase.
Aladdin offers a suite of software tools designed to help institutional investors manage their portfolios.
âOur institutional clients are increasingly interested in gaining exposure to digital asset markets and are focused on how to efficiently manage the operational lifecycle of these assets,â said Joseph Chalom, global head of strategic ecosystem partnerships at BlackRock.

đI bought more bitcoin on the BlackRock news.
Iâll increase my BTC position by another third if Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell caps the next rate increase at 50 basis points.
And I will double my entire BTC position once he stops raising rates.
This isnât the first time Iâve doubled down on bitcoin.
In April 2019, when everyone else was running scared, I sent you an update saying now is the time to double down.
On that day, BTC traded at $4,922.80. Fast forward to April 12, 2021, and BTC hit $63,314.01. Thatâs a nearly 1,200% return in two years.
And that was without a titan like BlackRock stepping into the arena.
So you can see why Iâm so bullish.
The bond market is telling us rates will start dropping in 2023. Once they do, so-called ârisk-onâ investments will soar.
Friends, remember bitcoin is the mother of all risk-on trades.
If the bond market is right (and I believe it is), the prices we pay today for BTC (and crypto in general) could prove very cheap.
Isnât Bitcoin Supposed to Be Immune to the Fed?
Itâs a bitter pill for me to swallow, but I must acknowledge that even bitcoin is beholden to the Fed for this market cycle.
It would be a far more bitter pill for all of us if I lacked the humility to accept that this is the current reality.
But donât let that fact get in the way of owning more bitcoin.
Long story short: Itâs time for us to start adding new projects to our portfolios and doubling down on the projects we love.
Again, let me be clear: We arenât out of the woods yetâŠ
But we can now see a way out through the trees when before there was nothing but darkness. Reinforcements are coming⊠and any big bad wolf in this forest wonât live long when facing the army of institutional capital gearing up to join our cause.

StrojovĂœ pĆeklad - This $10 Trillion Titan Is Coming Into Bitcoin

A jakmile pĆestane zvyĆĄovat sazby, celou svou pozici v BTC zdvojnĂĄsobĂm.
RychlĂœ posun vpĆed do 12. dubna 2021 a BTC dosĂĄhl 63 314,01 USD.
PĆĂĄtelĂ©, nezapomeĆte, ĆŸe bitcoin je matkou vĆĄech risk-on obchodĆŻ.
Pokud mĂĄ trh s dluhopisy pravdu (a jĂĄ vÄĆĂm, ĆŸe ano), ceny, kterĂ© dnes platĂme za BTC (a krypto obecnÄ), by se mohly ukĂĄzat jako velmi levnĂ©.
NemÄl by bĂœt Bitcoin imunnĂ vĆŻÄi Fedu?
PĆichĂĄzejĂ posily... a kaĆŸdĂœ velkĂœ zlĂœ vlk v tomto lese nebude dlouho ĆŸĂt, kdyĆŸ bude Äelit armĂĄdÄ institucionĂĄlnĂho kapitĂĄlu, kterĂœ se chystĂĄ pĆipojit k naĆĄĂ vÄci.

4. VyhnÄte se vĆĄem ĆĄpatnĂœm dluhĆŻm
Buffett vybudoval svĂ© bohatstvĂ tĂm, ĆŸe zĂskĂĄval Ășroky â mĂsto toho, aby platil Ășroky sĂĄm. "VidÄl jsem, mnoho lidĂ selhat kvĆŻli alkoholu a pĂĄkovĂ©mu efektu â pĂĄkovĂœ efekt jsou pĆŻjÄenĂ© penĂze," Ćekl Buffett v roce 1991 bÄhem projevu na University of Notre Dame. "V tomto svÄtÄ opravdu moc nepotĆebujete pĂĄky. Pokud jste chytrĂœ, vydÄlĂĄte spoustu penÄz, aniĆŸ byste si pĆŻjÄovali."
5. MÄjte hotovost a dostateÄnou rezervu

Podle Inc.com Buffett Ćekl: "Investujte do sebe tolik, kolik mĆŻĆŸete. Jste svĂœm zdaleka nejvÄtĆĄĂm aktivem." I vaĆĄe vĂœnosy jsou velké⊠"Cokoli do sebe investujete, dostanete zpÄt desetkrĂĄt," Ćekl Buffett. A na rozdĂl od jinĂœch aktiv a investic vĂĄs nikdo nemĆŻĆŸe zdanit ani ukrĂĄst.
7. VzdÄlĂĄvejte se v penÄzĂch
SouÄĂĄstĂ investovĂĄnĂ do sebe by mÄlo bĂœt uÄenĂ se o hospodaĆenĂ s penÄzi. Buffettova prĂĄce jako investora spoÄĂvĂĄ v omezovĂĄnĂ expozici vĆŻÄi rizikĆŻm. A "riziko pochĂĄzĂ z toho, ĆŸe nevĂte, co dÄlĂĄte," Ćekl kdysi Buffett podle Forbes. ÄĂm vĂce budete vÄdÄt o osobnĂch financĂch, tĂm vÄtĆĄĂ jistotu budete mĂt, protoĆŸe minimalizujete rizika.

ZatĂmco vÄtĆĄina BuffettovĂœch moudrostĂ a rad hraniÄĂ s filozofiĂ, poskytl takĂ© nÄkolik uĆŸiteÄnĂœch tipĆŻ, kterĂ© mĆŻĆŸe pouĆŸĂt tĂ©mÄĆ kaĆŸdĂœ. đ” đ đ đ Double-Down Pick No. 1: Ethereum (ETH)
Over the next decade, I believe Ethereum (ETH) will count itself among the worldâs most valuable financial assets.
Let me make that more concrete: Ethereum will likely be more valuable than shares in Meta, Amazon, Apple, Google (Alphabet), and Microsoft.
Thatâs why last year, I predicted ETH would be the next crypto to reach a $1 trillion market cap. As I said at the time, the next stage of transformational software development will happen on the blockchain⊠not the traditional internet. And Ethereum is the worldâs most widely used blockchain development platform.
Just like Microsoft was the worldâs most popular PC development platform in the 1990s⊠And Googleâs Android and Appleâs iOS are the most popular mobile app development platforms today⊠Ethereum is â and will continue to be â the go-to platform for blockchain projects.
Thatâs because unlike the bitcoin blockchain â which is solely used to transfer value, i.e., bitcoin, between users â the Ethereum blockchain transfers value⊠runs complex computational tasks⊠and can execute different programmed functions.
Itâs like how Apple created a multibillion-dollar ecosystem with its Apple App Store versus Microsoftâs initial focus on in-house-created software that would only run on desktop computers.
Now, in recent months, weâve told you how Ethereum has a massive catalyst on the horizon called âthe Mergeâ that will be a gamechanger in the entire crypto space.
Weâll get to that in a bit.

Now, in recent months, weâve told you how Ethereum has a massive catalyst on the horizon called âthe Mergeâ that will be a gamechanger in the entire crypto space.
Weâll get to that in a bit.
First, let me explain why Ethereum is one of the dominant tokens in this space⊠and why it will continue to hold that position.
Ethereum makes this list because itâs home to the most developers and activity in the space.
As you know, developers are responsible for building applications that attract users. So, networks are dependent on developers to grow.
According to Electric Capital, a research and investment company in the blockchain space, Ethereum has roughly 4,000 active developers. Thatâs more than double the second-largest network by developers, Polkadot.
Having the brightest minds working to develop your product (and having more of them than your competitors) is critical to its success. Just look at some of the top tech companies in the world.
For example, Amazon has 35,000 developers. And Google has over 27,000.
Itâs the same in the blockchain world. Having more brain power working to advance your project will set you apart from your competition and drive more usage.
Network usage is what drives revenue. And no network generates more revenue than Ethereum.
Over the past year, Ethereum has generated $9.8 billion in revenue.
Thatâs more than 10 times the amount generated by the second-largest network in revenue, Binance Smart Chain.
And compared to publicly traded companies, Ethereum generates more revenue than 212 of the 500 companies in the S&P 500 index.
The S&P 500 index is made up of the 500 largest publicly traded companies in the United States. If Ethereum were a publicly traded company, it would trade alongside the best of the best.
This revenue comes from users paying transaction fees to use the network.
We expect this figure to grow as more users enter the space and the networkâs capacity for transactions continues to improve.
While Ethereumâs road map to onboarding billions of people is years in the making⊠Its largest catalyst yet is just around the corner.

đ đ đ The Merge Is Coming
In less than a month, Ethereum is scheduled to make the switch from Proof-of-Work (PoW) to Proof-of-Stake (PoS). Ethereum calls this the Merge.
As you know, weâve been writing about this moment over the past year.
It will be the largest event in crypto since Ethereum launched seven years ago.
Itâs a massive undertaking from a technology perspective.
In the PoW model, miners use powerful computers to secure the network. They solve complex math problems to validate transactions on a block. The first miner who solves the problem earns the block reward. Bitcoin is an example of this model.
Meanwhile, PoS miners validate transactions by staking tokens on the network. The network chooses the miner who earns the reward based on the number of coins they own and other factors.
And once Ethereum makes this switch, it will have a big impact on ETH prices going forward.
Thatâs because it will reduce the amount of tokens emitted into circulation each day by 90%.
This massive cut is because Ethereum no longer has to pay as much to secure the network.
You see, with PoW, blockchains use warehouses full of computers running at full capacity to mine the network. This involves expensive equipment and lots of energy consumption.
The process is expensive. And Ethereum needs to pay these miners enough to cover their expenses. It does this by issuing them new ETH tokens.

The process is expensive. And Ethereum needs to pay these miners enough to cover their expenses. It does this by issuing them new ETH tokens.
But once Ethereum makes the switch to PoS, the cost associated with validating the network dramatically reduces. Thatâs because under PoS, the barrier to entry to help secure the network is much lower, which means more users can participate.
You no longer need warehouses full of expensive computer equipment. And your energy consumption drops by over 99%.
This means Ethereum can reduce the amount of ETH tokens it emits to compensate these network validators.
So after the Merge, Ethereum will become a deflationary currency, as there will be fewer tokens in circulation â making each more valuable.
The transition will also allow ETH token holders to generate income by staking their tokens.
Staking is the process of participating in a blockchain protocol to earn income.
This income dynamic will also usher in new investors. Funds only interested in income-generating opportunities will now give Ethereum a second look.
With Ethereum, youâll be able to stake your ETH tokens in return for a share of the networkâs profits once it makes the switch to PoS.
And the returns investors can generate is nothing to look past.
Users can expect to generate anywhere from 4â8%. This number will vary depending on how many users are staking their tokens and network activity.
Letâs say one of BlackRockâs deep-pocket clients puts $1 million into ETH and stakes their tokens to generate income. Weâll also assume that ETH yields 6%.
That means this client would generate $60,000 each year.

That means this client would generate $60,000 each year.
Thatâs more than double the amount they could get on a 10-year U.S. treasury bond.
And as the price of ETH climbs higher, so does the yield. Thatâs because rewards are paid out in ETH.
So if the price of ETH doubled, this client would then be generating $120,000 each year. Thatâs 12% in income based on their original investment.
Thatâs more than four times the amount they would be making on a 10-year U.S. treasury bond.
As the Ethereum network continues to solidify itself as the go-to network of tomorrowâs internet, investors will line up to feast on its income.
And remember, BlackRock partnered with Coinbase to make it easier for institutional investors to get exposure to bitcoin.
But its appetite for blockchain exposure wonât stop there.
The next blockchain asset that makes sense for it to offer its clients will be the largest smart contract platform, Ethereum.
Weâre already starting to see this happen outside of BlackRock⊠Coinbase Prime added staking for its institutional clients earlier this month.
This will help institutions enter the space since they wonât have to worry about holding the assets or the technical know-how of staking.
Once Ethereum makes the switch to PoS next month, the demand for exposure to ETH will surge, making Ethereum a must-own project.
If you have yet to add Ether (ETH) to your portfolio, we strongly recommend taking a stake now.

đ đ đ Still Plenty of Runway For Ethereum
As mentioned above, users are spending roughly $9.8 billion in transaction fees each year to use the network.
To get a sense of what this means for the value of the network, we can compare it to the likes of global payment processing giants Visa and Mastercard.
Today, these two companies trade at an earnings multiple of 35. If we apply the same earnings multiple to Ethereum, it would be valued at roughly $343 billion.
But since Ethereum is on the cutting-edge of technology with higher growth potential, we believe Ethereum will command a premium at least three times greater than legacy payment companies like Visa and Mastercard.
That would translate to a market cap of $1 trillion⊠Or $8,565 per token.
Thatâs a 362% increase from todayâs prices.
And under a blue-sky scenario, we could even see Ethereum reach $25,000 in the coming years. Thatâs a 1,248% gain â enough to turn every $1,000 into $13,477.
I canât think of a lower-risk, higher-reward setup like this in public markets.
If you already own some ETH and are looking to add more to your portfolio, now is a great time to do so as the network inches closer to its biggest transformation yet.

đ”đ đ đ Double-Down Pick No. 2: Uniswap (UNI)
We recommended Uniswap (UNI) in October 2020. Itâs the go-to decentralized exchange (DEX) in blockchain.
DEXs are important because they give users a trustless and secure way to exchange assets.
Prior to DEXs, you had to rely on centralized exchanges. While theyâre easy to use, they have their setbacks.
They often find themselves a target of hackers. Since these exchanges control a large amount of funds, all a hacker has to do is find one point of failure to exploit in order to make off with usersâ assets.
Over the years, weâve seen countless hacks involving exchanges. And they almost always result in the loss of their usersâ funds.

Over the years, weâve seen countless hacks involving exchanges. And they almost always result in the loss of their usersâ funds.
DEXs like Uniswap solve this issue due to their decentralized nature. Because itâs decentralized, the exchange doesnât have a single point of failure⊠and it allows users to maintain self-custody of their funds.
When it comes to DEXs, Uniswap sits at the top of the leaderboards. No other DEX comes close to matching its success.
Uniswap accounts for 70% of the volume exchanged on Ethereum and 60% of the volume exchanged across all networks in the space. On average, it generates roughly $45 billion in trading volume each month.
While Uniswap originally launched on the Ethereum network, its success doesnât stop there.
As you know, the Ethereum network is often costly to use due to network congestion. And to solve this problem, layer-2 networks are starting to roll out.
Layer-2 networks execute transactions off-chain (outside Ethereum). The transaction data is then posted to the Ethereum network in batches for security.
This enables layer-2 networks to improve transaction speed and bring down costs on Ethereum without sacrificing its security.
These layer-2 networks are seeing an increase in activity as users seek cheaper solutions.
Theyâre often over 95% cheaper and faster than using the Ethereum mainnet. And remember, users are getting these added benefits without sacrificing security.
To capitalize on this, Uniswap has launched on the layer-2 networks Optimism, Arbitrum, and the Polygon sidechain.
Combined, these networks are generating roughly $3.7 billion in trading volume each month. Just a year ago, they didnât exist.
We expect these numbers to continue to grow as users continue to favor cheaper solutions.

đ đ đ The Next Big Step for Uniswap
Now that itâs solidified itself as the go-to exchange for fungible tokens, Uniswap is making moves to become a key player in the non-fungible token (NFT) arena.
Something thatâs fungible is not unique. Itâs interchangeable with another of its kind. For example, bitcoin is fungible. Each bitcoin is just as valuable as the next.
A non-fungible item is unique. Itâs one-of-a-kind.
An example of a non-fungible item outside the blockchain world is the jersey Tom Brady wore during Super Bowl XLIX. Thereâs only one in existence. And itâs not interchangeable with any other sports jersey.
NFTs are tokens that represent ownership of an asset. Because they exist on the blockchain, they provide instant, verifiable proof of ownership.
As we mentioned in last monthâs issue, Uniswap is expanding into the NFT space with its acquisition of Genie.
Itâs an NFT marketplace aggregator that will serve as a one-stop-shop for purchasing NFTs.
Weâre excited to see Uniswap make its way into what will become a multi-trillion-dollar industry. Itâs a massive opportunity for Uniswap to grow its exchange volume⊠And ultimately, profits for UNI token holders.
Weâre up 172% on UNI in two years. But hereâs why we still think itâs a great buy at these pricesâŠ

Weâre up 172% on UNI in two years. But hereâs why we still think itâs a great buy at these pricesâŠ
đ đ đ Why You Need to Buy UNI Today
When we originally recommended Uniswap, it was generating roughly $387 million per day. Today, itâs generating about $1.5 billion each day. That comes out to roughly $548 billion in trading volume each year.
In the future, we believe Uniswap will impose a small 0.05% trading fee for the services it provides. If so, it would generate $274 million each year⊠Or $0.60 per UNI token based on circulating supply.
To get a sense of what this means for the UNI token price. We can compare it to three publicly-traded exchanges and their price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio.
[The P/E ratio measures a companyâs share price compared to its earnings per share.]
The CME Group, Intercontinental Exchange, and Nasdaq trade at an average P/E ratio of 27.15. That means investors are willing to pay $27.15 for every $1 in earnings.
If we applied this same metric to Uniswap, it would be valued at $16.28.
But as you know, innovative tech companies like Uniswap command a higher premium.
For instance, Amazon commands a multiple 5.7 times higher than Walmart. And Tesla trades at a multiple 15.5 times higher than GM.
We believe Uniswap could fetch a P/E multiple 10 times that of its legacy counterparts. If so, each UNI token would be valued at $162.81 per token.
Thatâs a 1,910% increase in todayâs price⊠Enough to turn a $500 stake into $10,050. And a $1,000 stake into $20,100.
Uniswap is a must-own project in the DeFi space as it continues to solidify itself as the go-to trading platform.
For these reasons, weâre raising the buy-up-to price on UNI in our model portfolio.
Uniswap is among the top-quality DeFi projects in the space.

đ” đ đ đ Double-Down Pick No. 4: Polygon (MATIC)
We recommended Polygon (MATIC) in December 2021. Itâs one of the largest Ethereum scaling solutions.
As you know, using the Ethereum network can be frustrating at times. When the network is busy, transactions can take hours to clear and cost up to hundreds of dollars.
These are the growing pains that Ethereum is facing today. While theyâre good problems to have if Ethereum is going to onboard millions of new users, they need to be fixed.

These are the growing pains that Ethereum is facing today. While theyâre good problems to have if Ethereum is going to onboard millions of new users, they need to be fixed.
And thatâs what Polygon is working to solve.
Polygon operates scaling solutions that can dramatically improve the experience of using Ethereum. These solutions speed up transactions by 100x and reduce transaction costs to fractions of a penny.
Polygon has multiple scaling solutions in its arsenal â several of which are layer-2 scaling solutions.
As we noted above, layer-2 networks execute transactions off Ethereumâs main chain to free up the network without compromising its security.
Each of Polygonâs solutions come with designs tailored to businesses, individuals, privacy, and more.
As we explained above, developers are critical to the success of any project in the space. And when you look at developer activity on Polygon, the numbers are impressive.
Polygon has roughly 350 full-time developers working on its network. And if we include developers who arenât full time, that number expands to roughly 11,800.
Of these developers, roughly 74% work exclusively on Polygon.
Collectively, theyâve helped build over 37,000 dApps on Polygon. Thatâs four times as many as the network had at the start of the year.
Many of the biggest dApps have expanded to Polygon to improve user experiences. Some of these include Aave, Uniswap, and Opensea, which have over 5 million users combined.
In addition to seeing a growing number of applications spring up on Polygon, weâre seeing adoption on the enterprise front.
Last month, Polygon was the only blockchain provider selected to participate in Disneyâs 2022 Accelerator program. Itâs a business development program designed to jumpstart innovation and will focus on the metaverse.
A partnership with a huge conglomerate like Disney shows that Polygon is highly regarded. And it further shows just how promising Polygonâs scaling solutions are.

đ đ đ Polygon Is Insanely Undervalued â And Thatâs Our Opportunity
Weâre down 60% on MATIC. But hereâs why we think itâs a great buy at these pricesâŠ
Today, there are over 250,000 active users on the Polygon network. Thatâs almost twice as many as there were last year.
And as Polygon is set to launch its layer-2 networks in the months ahead, I believe it will achieve major success over the next few years. Thatâs because new users entering the space will flock to Polygonâs networks in search of faster and cheaper transactions.
In fact, I believe we could see 100 million users on the Polygon network within the next five years due to it becoming the go-to scaling solution for Ethereum.
Now, letâs say each user makes three transactions each day. And weâll also assume each transaction costs two cents.
If so, the network would generate $6 million in transaction fees per day. That comes out to roughly $2.2 billion each year.
And to make sense of what this means for the value of the MATIC token, we can compare its earnings to financial powerhouses like Visa or Mastercard. Both trade at an average P/E multiple of 35.
Remember, disruptive technology companies command a higher premium due to higher growth rates. So we believe Polygon can fetch a P/E multiple five times higher than legacy payment processing companies like Visa and Mastercard.
If so, Polygonâs value would be about $383 billion â or $51.50 per token when accounting for circulating supply.
Thatâs a 5,633% increase from todayâs prices⊠Enough to turn every $1,000 investment into $57,332.
That means if you invested $500 into MATIC when we recommended the position and double-down today, you could see your stake grow to $44,257 if MATIC reaches our $51.50 price target.
Polygon is playing a critical role in scaling the most popular decentralized application platform, Ethereum.

đ” đ đ đ Double-Down Pick No. 6: The Graph (GRT)
We recommended The Graph (GRT) in May 2021. You can think of it as the âGoogleâ of the blockchain world.
As you know, Google is the go-to application that helps you search the web. It organizes information for its users in an easy-to-read way.
And thatâs what The Graph is doing for the blockchain world.
While there are tools that exist today to help you search the blockchain, theyâre controlled by centralized entities. This opens the door to potential errors and even fraud.
And thatâs the problem The Graph is solving.
It searches, organizes, and delivers information to the user in a completely decentralized way.
If you want to achieve end-to-end decentralization, The Graph plays a critical role in the ecosystemâs infrastructure. And thatâs why we like it.
Since its inception, The Graph was free to use for many of its services. This decision was made to bootstrap adoption. But thatâs changingâŠ
The Graph is now starting to phase out these free services as it progresses through its roadmap.
Why does this matter?
Because users of the network will have to pay for the data they use. And this will soon influence token prices as more users plug into The Graph.
Thatâs because fees to use the network are paid in GRT tokens. And a percentage of that fee is burned from circulating supply.
The Graph expects to completely phase out hosted services by the end of Q1 2023. And when this happens, we can expect to see an increase in token prices from users being forced to purchase the data they consume with GRT tokens.
Right now, weâre down 83% on Graph. But like MATIC, we think itâs a great buy at these prices.

đ đ đ Donât Miss the Fire Sale on This Discounted Technology
The Graph is a key piece of infrastructure in the decentralized web. It solves the problem of accessing blockchain data securely without relying on a third party.
Thereâs an endless amount of data thatâs being produced on the blockchain. And demand for that data will skyrocket as more users enter the space and use cases expand.
Youâll see demand for data from NFT sales⊠to virtual concert ticket sales in the metaverse⊠to lending activity in DeFi.
Thereâs no telling the potential use cases weâll discover on the blockchain. Weâre just beginning to scratch the surface.
Since its launch in December 2020, The Graph has served over 640 billion data requests. Today, itâs servicing over a billion data requests each day.
Over the next five to ten years, we believe this number will grow 100x as the ecosystem grows.
Letâs assume The Graph can monetize this data at an average price of 1/100th of a penny per data request. That would generate $10 million in revenues per day⊠or roughly $3.65 billion each year.

To get a sense of what this means for a valuation, we will give The Graph an earnings multiple similar to Google.
Today, Google trades at a P/E ratio of 23. If we apply the same valuation to The Graph, its market cap would be $83.9 billion. Thatâs $8.39 per token when accounting for maximum token supply.
Thatâs a 6,670% increase from todayâs prices⊠Enough to turn every $1,000 investment into $67,700.
That means if you invested $500 into GRT when we recommended the position and double-down today, you could see your stake grow to $39,164 if GRT reaches our $8.39 price target.
Today is a great opportunity to add The Graph to your portfolio if you have yet to. Itâs also a great project to add exposure to considering the pullback in its tokenâs price.
As more users enter the space, the data they produce will become increasingly valuable â whether itâs trading volume on a DEX, the prices of NFTs changing hands, or any other transactions triggered by users.
The Graph is disruptive blockchain tech trading at an insanely low valuation. And you can own a piece of it at an incredible discount. Donât pass up this opportunity.

đŻ đŻ đŻ Bringing It All TogetherđŻ đŻ đŻ
The positions weâre doubling down on today are the best opportunities right now in the market.
Some of these picks are up massively. But as you can see, they still have plenty of runway ahead.
A couple of the projects are down significantly. We believe these are incredibly undervalued⊠And when the market shifts, theyâll bring even greater returns considering their discounted prices.
When you analyze crypto, you need to look at adoption. Just like you would with any new technology.
You need to know if new users are entering the space. And you need to look at what rate theyâre coming in.
The story of bitcoin and crypto assets is an adoption story.
Thatâs why I cannot overstate how bullish the BlackRock news is for this asset class.
BlackRock will open the gates to hundreds of billions of dollars that will enter this space in the years ahead.
This capital will come from new users who were previously shut out from the space.
This might be due to risk requirements, legal uncertainty, or the ability to custody the asset.
Look, if you only look at the price action, you might question the future of crypto.
But as you can see, this space is moving forward.
New developments are made each week on the technology side. And demand for the asset is stronger than ever.
If you position yourself with quality assets like the ones we own, all thatâs left to do is let time do the heavy lifting.
Be patient. And donât let the volatility shake you out of your positions.

đŻ The Tornado Cash Controversy
I want to talk about some things over the short term that might be behind some of the weakness weâre seeing in bitcoin. The Ethereum Merge is coming up on September 15, but nothing is set in stone.
If the Merge gets postponed or thereâs a problem, itâs going to create volatility in the markets. No question. And itâs impossible to say whether that will happen successfully.
We think it will. If you look at all the testnet, theyâve all moved over successfully.
But if they donât move over successfully, if thereâs a problem, or if thereâs an acrimonious chain split, then you can have some volatility. So we have to see how that plays out.
Iâm also keeping some extra cash on the side, if the Merge does not go smoothly or is postponed.
The other thing thatâs causing some weakness in bitcoin is the news around Tornado Cash. Now, if you havenât been following this news, or if you donât know what Tornado Cash is, this is something you need to get educated on quite quickly.
Iâm going to explain whatâs happening, what it is, and why this is very worrying. And why anybody who has any type of influence or authority at all should be exerting it right now in defense of Tornado Cash.

Tornado Cash is whatâs known as a mixer. Itâs a way to anonymize the senders of cryptocurrency. Iâm not going to get into the deep mechanics of it, but, essentially you send your crypto to the mixer, and it mixes up all the crypto so people canât tell where the crypto came from before it sends it out to other addresses. Itâs a way of creating a truly anonymous way to send money.
So why would you need something like that? The government would say, âWell, the only reason why youâd need to do that is if you want to launder money, funnel money to terrorists, buy drugs, or essentially just be a bad guy.â And thatâs true. Itâs used for that, but itâs also used for other things. Itâs used for people that want to donate money to Ukraine, but maybe have family in Russia, and donât want the Russian government to know that they sent the money.
Itâs used to send money into places where itâs illegal for people to have money from outside the country. But if those people donât have money, theyâll starve, so thereâs a very real need for this type of technology.
Thereâs a need to be able to anonymously send money and thereâs a need to anonymously be able to buy something. Letâs say you want to buy something thatâs potentially embarrassing to you or your partner. Do you want that on a blockchain that somebody can tie to your name, I donât. Iâm sure that you donât and thatâs where you have that anonymity with cash, right?
Cash is completely anonymous. You can go to any store, use cash to buy something, and nobody can track it. Why canât we have that same level of freedom with our crypto transactions?

Itâs crazy. So some people will say, âWell, if you look at tornado cash, 74% of its use is for illegal activities. Itâs for laundering funds that were stolen from hacks. Itâs laundering funds from North Korean hacker groups. And so itâs bad.â
This is the same argument that was used against bitcoin. In 2011, virtually a hundred percent of the commercial activity on bitcoin was for buying drugs. When the VCR came out, virtually 100% of VCR use was for pornography.
And yet think if we said, âOkay this VCR, itâs just being used to distribute illicit pornography. Arrest anyone that uses it. Block anyone that uses it. And the guy that created it? Weâre going to put him in prison.â
This is exactly whatâs happened with Tornado Cash. Tornado Cash is a piece of software that nobody owns. Itâs open-source software. Itâs a smart contract. And one of the developers, Alexi Persev, has recently been arrested in the Netherlands. Heâs just been scooped up for writing open-source code.
This is the same as trying to arrest the guy that created the VCR because people were using it to watch illicit or illegal things. This is the same as attempting to arrest the person that invented the cell phone because cell phones were used for crimes, or money laundering, or coordinating terrorism.

đ Open-Source Code is Essential for Our Democracy
Now, things have even gone a step further, where the segment of the U.S. treasury called OFAC, the Office of Foreign Assets and Control, stated that anybody interacting with the Tornado Cash smart contract is in violation of American sanctions.
Iâm going to read to you what they wrote to show you just how little they understand about how smart contracts work. ââToday, treasury is sanctioning Tornado Cash, a virtual currency mixer that launders the proceeds of cyber crimes, including those committed against victims in the U.Sâ said Under Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, Brian Nelson. Who continued that, âDespite public assurances otherwise, Tornado Cash has repeatedly failed to impose effective controls designed to stop it from laundering funds for malicious cyber actors on a regular basis, and without basic measures to address its risks.â
Itâs a piece of open-sourced code. There is no CEO of Tornado Cash. This isnât somebody using an AWS server and the guys at Amazon saying, âScrew you. Weâre not going to do anything about it.â This isnât somebody using a Facebook page to do terrorism fundraising. And they can call Mark Zuckerberg and say, âMark, you better take this down, or weâre slapping sanctions on you.â
This shows the fundamental lack of understanding by the Treasury as to how this works. The Treasury can scream at Tornado Cash all at once. And Tornado Cash will just keep working no matter what. And because it is open-source, nobody owns it. People can just copy the code and create another version of it. You can have a million versions of these mixers. So whatâs crazy about what the Treasury is doing is, theyâre not drawing the distinction between the technology and the user.

Now, if a user is using technology in a malicious way, what do we do? The authorities go after the user. They donât go after the technology. You canât sanction a technology. You canât arrest everyone that uses a phone. Cars and trucks now are being used in terrorist events. What does that mean? Weâre going to arrest the guy who designed the car? Weâre going to arrest the guy who built the car? Weâre going to make it so you are sanctioned, so nobody can ever use a car.
You canât hold an entire global population hostage to the actions of a few people. Do you know how much crime is committed through phones, through the internet? Letâs talk about money laundering. Theyâre talking about $7 billion being laundered through Tornado Cash. To you and I, $7 billion is a lot of money. But $7 billion is not even a spit in the ocean for the $2.5â5 trillion a year of money laundering that goes through the banking system.
Are we all now criminals because we use banks, or all banks criminals now because they allow this? Well, thatâs a whole other discussion.
My point is, when you shine the light of logic on this action, you can see itâs driven by crazy overreach and control. And itâs also driven by absolute ignorance. Everybody has learned that you canât control this type of technology. And so what you have to do is go after end users. And so this is a distinction that was made by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), another area of the Treasury.

This is very strange. You have OFAC and FinCEN, the right arm doesnât know what the left arm is doing. So FinCEN has drawn a distinction between service providers and software providers. If Joe blow operates this mixer, then he is subject to bank secrecy acts. The software is independent. The software is almost like an LLC or corporation, even more so, in fact, because nobody owns it.
And itâs the thing that regulators are having a tough time getting their head around. That you can have a piece of software that operates like a corporation, facilitates billions of dollars of transactions, but no one owns it.
There is no one to sanction. And so trying to say you cannot interact with this piece of technology, ultimately, I donât think it will stand up, theyâll have to reverse their position. And go after the people that are using it.
If you can tie certain addresses to the use of Tornado Cash that are doing illegal activity, fine, go after them, sanction them, put those addresses on a blacklist. But you canât blacklist the entire piece of software.
You had people that were using it legitimately, and now their moneyâs tied up. They canât move it anywhere. And now all of their addresses that they use that interacted with Tornado Cash are blacklisted. Their accounts everywhere else with these centralized exchanges have been completely locked down.

USDC, the stablecoin, has literally locked those coins. Think about how scary that is. At least if you hold cash, the government canât press a button, and take my cash. Theyâve got to kick in the door, find the cash, and then take it.
But USDC just says, âOkay, sorry. OFAC says that we have to block anybody that has touched the smart contract,â and at the press of a button, they can completely lock your capital. Thatâs insane. Itâs why I would never keep sizable amounts of money in a stablecoin. Sure, itâs fine if you need to move money from one platform to another. But in terms of holding your money in a stablecoin, no way, at least not a stablecoin that can be controlled to that degree.
Thatâs insanity.

đ The Government Will Steer Clear of Bitcoin and Ethereum
Thereâs a lot still to be done within the space to improve it. And so I think this is creating some fear in the marketplace, where people are saying, âWell, okay, whatâs to stop the government from cracking down on another Ethereum smart contract? Or whatâs to stop the government from saying, âOh, you canât ever interact with the bitcoin blockchain. Weâre going to put that on the OFAC list.â
Now, before you freak out, itâs not going to happen. And Iâll tell you why. One, the government has already come out and said, âWeâre leaving bitcoin and Ethereum alone.â But two, the government knows how many American citizens own bitcoin, and for them to do something like that, which would, of course, radically rack the price of bitcoin, you would be torching tens of millions of votes.
Because its base of ownership is so large and so broad among different socioeconomic levels and different political power bases, itâs politically untenable for the U.S. government to now make a move like that against bitcoin.
But I donât think everybodyâs thought that through, which is why thereâs some weakness happening in bitcoin and also Ethereum. The same is true for Ethereum. Theyâre going to leave Ethereum alone. Itâs just too big. And there are too many people in power that own it that have the economic incentive to protect it for the government to shut them down. But, theyâre nipping at the heels in these different areas. And itâs important that if you have any type of influence at all, that you should exert it here.

đ We All Need to Fight for Privacy Rights
Now, I donât want anybody to spin this, that Iâm defending money laundering. Iâm not, but Iâm defending privacy and Iâm defending the right for everybody to have access to technology.
Iâm fighting against a small group of people in a room determining what technology you and I can interact with, because if they had their way, we wouldnât have had the VCR.
We wouldnât have had email. There was an uproar about email when email first came out. That it was violating postal rules. That we wouldnât have had cryptography. That gives us a measure of privacy. Now, we wouldnât have had the internet. Think about how much economic value has happened because of the internet. These are all technologies that a small group of people decided we couldnât have. We couldnât have that much freedom.
Itâs up to us to stand up and say, âNo, this is our freedom. You donât get to tell us what to do.â This is not 1984, even though it feels like that. For those of you that are young, that donât know that, look that up. George Orwell, 1984.

So itâs important that we make a stand here because privacy, I believe, is a fundamental right. If I want to be able to spend my money privately, thereâs nothing wrong with that. And I donât have to justify that. I donât have to be in a position where Iâm made to feel like a criminal, because I want to buy something without somebody else knowing what Iâm buying. That thereâs absolutely nothing wrong with that. And to hold a global population hostage for the actions of a few criminals, well, then we might as well be living in cells and they just let the doors open when itâs time to go to work.
They monitor us, and we go to work, and then the cell door opens, and then we come home and they close the cell door again to keep us safe and make sure weâre not committing crime because thatâs the direction the world is going in. And I, for one, donât want to live in that kind of world. And so itâs important for us to raise our voices and be heard when the government is trying to overreach and impinge upon our liberties. And this is one of those times.
Friends, this is not a political thing. You can be on the right, you can be on the left, wanting to be able to spend your money however you want to spend it, as long as you and I have no interest in money laundering or helping criminals. And 99.9% of us donât. Thereâs a small population that does. Why do we have to live in a world that is built around controlling these fringe lunatics? Why do we all have to pay that price?

No, absolutely not. Thatâs trying to make the governmentâs job easier. Government, weâve given you the money, you go find the lunatic. Donât hold us all responsible for the activity of these few people. And again, itâs not a political thing, whether youâre on the right or the left, whether youâre in the middle, whether youâre on the moon, privacy matters. And we all deserve it.

Takhle to vypada, kdyz ekonomickym poradcem premiera je clovek z firmy, ktera je u CEZ tvurcem trhu. Asi tam bude i long. Ukazkovy stret zajmu. Neni zdaleka jediny.
